Rick Lowe Project Row Houses is a public art project consisting of twenty-two renovated shot-gun style houses. It involves artists in issues of neighborhood revitalization, historic preservation, community service, and youth education and provides a place for the creation of artwork that both engages the community in the creative process and celebrates African-American history and culture. |
